Delete through the app
If you can still sign in, you can request deletion directly in the Tigbit app by going to Settings → Advanced → Delete Account.
Request account deletion by email
Email support@tigbit.ai from the email address associated with your Tigbit account. The email link includes the subject “Tigbit account deletion request.”
If you cannot send from the address associated with your account, include that registered address in your request. Support will provide another way to verify that you own the account.
Tigbit will never ask for your password.
Cancel active subscriptions first
Before requesting account deletion, cancel any active subscription through the store where you purchased it:
Deleting your Tigbit account does not cancel a store subscription and does not automatically issue a refund. Billing may continue until you cancel through Apple or Google Play.
Processing and data deletion
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Your account and associated data will be deleted or anonymized subject to Tigbit's retention obligations. See Privacy Policy for the authoritative description of data deletion, anonymization, retention, and backups.
