Overview
We use cookies, web beacons, local storage, SDKs, device identifiers, and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) to operate, secure, and improve Tigbit, remember your preferences, measure performance, and, if enabled, support analytics, attribution, and advertising.
For more information about how we process personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files or similar technologies stored on or accessed through your browser, device, or app. Some are session cookies, which expire when you close your browser or end your session. Others are persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or are deleted.
Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the operation of Tigbit and help with core functions such as authentication, security, session management, fraud prevention, and load balancing.
Preferences
These cookies remember settings and choices, such as language, theme, or cookie preferences.
Analytics and performance
These cookies help us understand how users interact with Tigbit, measure performance, diagnose issues, and improve features and reliability.
Advertising and attribution
If and when advertising, attribution, or similar marketing features are enabled, these cookies may be used to measure campaigns, understand audience activity, and support more relevant advertising.
How We Use Cookies
We may use cookies to:
- keep you signed in and protect your account;
- remember your settings and preferences;
- operate and secure the Services;
- measure usage, performance, and reliability;
- run experiments and improve features;
- support analytics and attribution;
- support advertising or marketing, where enabled and permitted by applicable law.
Analytics and Performance
We may use analytics or similar services to collect information about how Tigbit is used. This may include information such as IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, app version, pages viewed, screens visited, referrers, timestamps, and interaction events.
We use this information to maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Services.
Advertising and Third Parties
If and when we use advertising, social media pixels, attribution tools, or similar technologies, those providers may collect or receive information through cookies or device identifiers to measure conversions, evaluate campaigns, build audiences, or support advertising-related services.
Where required by applicable law, we only use non-essential advertising, attribution, or analytics cookies after you provide consent.
Your Choices and Controls
You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, preferences center, or similar controls, where available.
You can typically:
- accept or reject non-essential cookies;
- change your preferences later; and
- withdraw consent at any time using the same controls.
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the operation of Tigbit and cannot be disabled without affecting functionality.
Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or manage cookies through browser settings. Instructions are typically available from your browser provider, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect the functionality or availability of some parts of Tigbit.
Mobile App Identifiers
On mobile devices, we may use device identifiers or similar technologies, such as IDFA, AAID, or platform-provided identifiers, for analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, or, if enabled, advertising.
You may be able to reset or limit these identifiers through your device settings.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, Tigbit does not respond to Do Not Track signals at this time. We do, however, respect applicable consent and privacy requirements where required by law.
EEA / UK Consent
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will seek your consent before using those cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the same controls through which it was given.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the “Last Updated” date above.
